prey
I know I am pretty
my friends say it all the time
such wonderful girls they are
but I don't know if I see it truly
maybe theyre lying
maybe I am one grey ugly ducling
while hes everyones favorite golden goose
no matter who he is
He always transcends my feelings
Does he see it?
my so called beauty
my skin that supossedly glows like gold
or my hair that gallantly blows in the wind
I dont cry because of him
I cry because I will never be her.
She has honey skin
beautiful hair
golden eyes
and a heart of gold
no one compares
I am me
I can people laugh
they, no his laugh rings of honey
I am sometimes pretty
a look of face can sometimes
make people happy
I don't cry because of him
I do not even cry because of her
I cry because I dont always know who or what I am
