PRIDE

Oh ye Pride!
Thou who hast made Angels Fall
Thou who turns Angels to Demons
Thou who has destroyed many a Men
The Drunken Effect of Ego
The very Aura of Vanity
The Shadow that casts Knowledge
Thou who hast purged Appreciation and Gratitude from the Mind
The very Impediment that obstructs Healings, Forgiveness and Reconciliation
The Bellows of Stubbornness
The very Aggrandizement of one's self, by one's self
That results to one's Condescence by God.
Thou hast made Men stand on fallible Scaffolds
To build Castles of vain glories,
That lay waste in ruins of pathetic Ashes.
Take Off every garment of Pride and all her fittings
Oh Ye Men! embrace Humility and all her beauty and make her thy Wife.
