Prince of the heart

His father's son

His feet move to the beat of the drum

and my heart lies within me

following that same beat

I look at him, waiting for him to understand my eyes

I turn, expecting yet unsure

Waiting to see if he'll catch my fall

To see if he'll let me catch his

Crowned in all his glory

Flying on high

I stretch my wings, hoping to fly beside him

I'd follow you anywhere, I want to say

My trust in you is absolute

I gave you my heart as we were talking

Think about what you've done to me

Don't take wing

Don't ever leave my side

Stay, stay, stay

I just want you to stay.
