Priority

I never understood the word priority
Is a dancer, writer, or singer really what I want to be?
Can I do this and be a Christian
Or do I have to choose
They say Let God be in other parts of my life
But that's something I don't really know how to do
I'm trying but i get distracted
And confused
I'm trying but it's hard to focus
Ive tried abracadabra and hocus-pocus
But I still can't get my priorities straight
I try so hard but somehow always end up late
