prison

Always in my thoughts, the first thing I think about when I wake up shackled to the fridge I wear my ball and chain with shame I binge until it hurts but I can't stop you were always there for me a toxic addiction you wrapped me around your finger and I believed you now I'm trapped in this body my greediness on display for the world you know my dirty little secret you know my shame food is my prison and I'm on death row always in my thoughts I think of you day and night shackled to my exercise I wear my ball and chain with pride I don't eat enough, it hurts but I can't stop you were never there for me you betrayed me I can't stand the sight of you I hate you I'm trapped in this body, people tell me I look good my discipline on display for the world you don't know my dirty little secret you don't know my shame food is my prison and I'm on death row I'm breaking free from the lies from my toxic addictions I don't eat too much I don't eat too little nobody knows my past struggles my dirty little secrets stay secrets finding a healthy balance to break free from my chains I have a fresh start on life food was my prison now I'm on parole
