Progress

Ecclesiastes 6:10

The Futile Way Life Works

10 Whatever has happened was foreordained,
and what happens to a person was also foreknown.
It is useless for him to argue with God about his fate
because God is more powerful than he is.

Progress

What is progress in the mind ...  what is moving forward?

What is considered progressive ... and what is helping out?

Is the mind of a beholder ... in the thought of destination

made in impressive feelings ... in the regular in and outs?

Oh Lord! It is a marvel … our lack of understanding

as in our self chosen perception we are reaching out.

Acceptation of others … not to notice our imperfections

or works half finished … as we struggle on in doubt.

In constant moving backward ... and in circles turning

thinking about progress … as our lives are finding out.

Arriving at our beginning … after great, great effort

spinning without notice … as an useless water-spout.
