Progress

Are we still moving are we still doing can you see change can you still dream9/11 was happen when I was eleven my manes Calvin always hit the J with the cannon all these happen just yesterday in the sun beam

DC sniper change the district and just yesterday little man man got lifted but is my race progressing?

More & more die each day my brothers and sisters I hear their cry each time I close my eyez

Progress is what I want

Progress is the movement of blacks sitting down with the cops to change these senseless killings

Progress is what the government needs to realize that will always make this country better

But progress needs to happen so my future kids can have a better tomorrow
