The Progression of Life

Green grass, tall trees, blue birds,

Slippery snakes, small spiders.

Simple and free as we once were.

Adam and Eve, Cain and Abel,

Abraham and Sarah, Isaac and Rebecca.

All great and flawed, like us all.

Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, God the Father,

God the Spirit, all love us! Sister Faustina,

Christ’s Mercy, both bring comfort.

Heaven and Hell, Purgatory and Limbo

All places where we all may spend eternity.
