Prometheus

I’m running at the top of my speed

Branches are stinging my cheek and

Rocks are digging into my heels.

Making me wince

Gasp gasp

I need to hurry

Before its dawn

Before HE notices

Paranoia

NO.

I need to calm down

I cant believe I’m doing this

But its what I believe is right

Branches are clawing at my clothes, dragging me back.

I MUST do this

His rage is a thing to beware

but its for the good of my men.

Yes, yes. A few miles more.

Zeus doesn’t understand, they need this

This ball of safety

And ill be safe away from the Olympians… safe away from Zeus..

That will chase away the

monsters and the cold.

Yellow eyes stare at me from the green darkness

I’m trying to run faster.

I may be immortal,

but I still get cramps

The night is dark

Think! Think!

How am I going to give this to mankind?

How… it doesn’t matter

All that matters right now

Is that I run
