Promise

When you read this please remember these words, "Never be afaird to let go". In the past you have always held your emotions to yourself, even now you continue to do it. It's okay to let your emotions go, please don't bottle them up to the point that you get stress at every little thing and get mad at the one that you love. When you are feeling happy, sad, mad or anything please just express when you feel it. If you can't then find someone that you trust to talk about your day and you'll fell better. So please promise me this, will you let go of your emotions and depend on me?
