Promise Again #3

I guess I mistook

The reasons I have you

And the reasons you have me

We aren’t meant to fall in love

Now

Or ever

I’m meant to be

Your escape

To help you

During the best

And worst

We are meant

To stick together

We are soulmates

But not like they thought

Just because we aren’t in love

Doesn’t mean

I don’t love you
