Promising Prayers

The enemy looms over me, gun against my neck. What if I simply turn my head the wrong way, making a wrong move? Lord, you are all I can think of. I’m praying for Your protection, Your wisdom,Your guidance. I can feel something changing. He removes the gun, whispering in my ear, “you have thirty seconds. Run.” What will happen next? Place thy hand on my life. What will happen next? Let thy will be done. I trust in you Lord, you hear my prayers. When I cry out to you, you hear my prayers.
