Propaganda

Humanity has bought a lie. Every second, every step Bringing them closer to death. The life they think they found, Will be their very demise. Their treasure-their end. It will steal their very breath. Walking to their doom, Yet the way is paved with gold. Taking the blood from their veins, Drip by crimson drip. Naïveté is far from bliss, Yet they're drinking it in droves, Not feeling the poison that burns through their lips. Wake up, you dreamers! Hear what's whispered in the night. It may kill you slowly, But out of death comes life.
