Protector of the Innocent

An innocent girl on a subway

Waiting to get home and tell her parents

About the test she just aced at school

Standing

In a skirt

A man sitting on a subway

Waiting for the right time to snap the picture

Holding his phone underneath the innocent girl’s skirt

A mysterious bystander

Waiting and watching the injustice unfold

Infuriated by the sight

She removes her sunglasses

Staring down the man sitting on a subway

Watching as he turns to stone

Medusa, protector of Women’s Rights

Protector of the Innocent
