P.S.

I can’t forget

The day I met you.

Your eyes were warm

And your smile was too.

You opened your heart,

And started to sing,

And your voice,

It pulls me in,

And I forget how to breathe.

It’s like I’m drowning,

And you rescue me

With your smile…

Oh won’t you smile

For me?

Sometimes when we speak,

I savor the words.

Memorizing your voice,

How it twists and it curves.

Wrapping me up,

It pulls me in,

And I forget how to breathe.

It’s like I’m drowning,

And you rescue me

With your smile…

Oh won’t you smile

For me?

I know that I’m dreaming,

I know it can’t be.

But when I’m with you

I am set free.

And in my dreams,

You pull me in,

And I forget how to breathe.

It’s like I’m drowning,

And you rescue me

With your smile…

Oh won’t you smile

For me?

Smile for me?
