Public Speaking.

I think I just...

Maybe I did...

My heart races with embarassment,

My cheeks burn, heat traveling from them to my neck,

heat in my arms and legs.

Did my voice just crack?

Did I pause for to long...

Did they hear my mistake,

I can't remeber where I left off...

Breathe.

Just Breathe.

Heat subsides

Heart slows

Voice steadies

and I am in control

The last two sentences

and for those 15 seconds

I am confident.
