In Puerto Rican Skies

Kind faces smiling,

Nodding politely at words

They don’t seem to understand,

Show me pictures

Showing the richness

Of a faraway distant land,

Multicoloured motor cars,

Brown apartments rising high

In Puerto Rican skies.
