Pulling Through

The moment is drawing near now, The thing we've all been dreading, My mind is racing fast, And time goes by like a flash, And all I can think is... What am I gonna do, What am I gonna say, Oh if only there was another way, I promise you, I would make it true, And pull through for you. What I can't seem to process, Is the reason why, After all this time of waiting, And of delaying, Why now, my world comes crashing down, Why did the smile have to turn into a frown, Cuz all I can think is... What am I gonna do, What am I gonna say, Oh if only there was another way, I promise you I would make it true, And pull through for you. Now it is time to accept what has to be, Accept that this is happening to me, A huge part of me is devastated, Yet another part relieved, After all of this time, Maybe... It's for the best, But all I know is... I know what I'm gonna do, I figured out what I'm gonna say, And now I know that there is no other way, But for you, For you I'm pulling through. It's finally done, You're actually gone, And I've realized that it's okay, To not be okay, But I gotta tell you... That this is what I had to do, This is what I had to say, And I'm sorry, but there's no other way, But for you, For you I pulled through.
