I love dancing barefoot under the moonlight.

I don't even need any music; I'll rock my hips to the rhythm of the winds.

I love the innocent sand between my toes and how the bellowing waves crash against the shore. The smell of salt from the sea is engraved into my soul.

It's when the sun's warm kisses embrace onto my skin and when the rain pours down on me do I feel like I found myself. I am no longing existing, I am now living.

I want to get lost. My heart whispers softly to me at night saying I should run away and never look back. I'm tempted.

I search for adventure around every corner because I have a fixture for divinity in the unknown. And if there is no corner I make one.

I want to lie in a field of wildflowers; be wrapped in their young, growing arms. I am their Mother.

I find it soothing to look beyond what is real. Sometimes I look at the sky just to place bets on the cloud races.

I’d rather wear flowers in my hair than diamonds around my neck. I rather sit and talk to the moon than sit and talk to the world. The moon is less judgmental.

I love lying under the stars at night. Looking up at those burning bulbs who have burned through the centuries of past onlookers and dreamers.

I close my eyes and I inhale. I breathe in all the aromas surrounding me.

I feel the cool breeze in my hair and I exhale. The world isn't as bad as it seems.

I cast my body to be a beacon; a gate for the lost to come back home, back to a peaceful state of existence.

I am free.

I feel my heart beating; I smile because I am fine.

This time I was not tricked by the hands of my demons nor time. I am alive.

I am a poet before anything. And after that I'm nothing at all.
