Pure love

I wake up mid-night

Kisses appear on my forehead ever so slight

As you hold me comfortably tight

The silence appealing there was never a fight

You forgive me when I am in the wrong

And don’t get annoyed when I sing the wrong lyrics to a song

Although we have been together for so long

You never get tired of me, never yawn

Over 3 years of ups and downs

Unfortunately we’ve caused each other’s frowns

Things may be easier if you lived near my town

But you are still Illinois bound

When things get rough we make it work

What would be love without a little hurt

Or a little internet lerk

We all have viewed our lovers search

Your loyality I cannot thank enough

Now a days that is rare and rough

I feel blessed to have fallen apon a pure love

Where sparks still fly like a dove

You never lay a hand on my skin

Or judge me for my sins

You promised to love me to the end

And if that’s the only promise you keep, I’ll be more than just content
