Purple
The flowers you give to me
The sky in the morning when you text me
My nails after I found out it was your favorite color
Purple is the sound of your voice
The sound of a train in the distance
The laughter of children and the taste of chocolate shakes
And Chick Fil A sauce as we sin against our community
The taste of Bubble gum
The kind you always chew
The feeling of your hand in mine
The way I feel when I make you laugh
The feeling of your lips on mine
Purple is the color that can take my breath away
