Purpose
Purpose
The drive and compassion
Which gives off such a reaction
Different for all as there are many deviations
Yet so many are simple illusions
Gripping souls and stoking men’s ambitions
Voids they become as their hearts fill with anticipation
Slipping and falling not realizing their approximation
Darkness comes and claims their own with appreciation
As an army is born bent on annihilation
The world watches with apprehension
As such a simple meaning is twisted with such cold calculation
Divided they are as both are without adaptation
War is welcomed by both sides with affection
No one realizing the true abomination
Death stalks without prejudice or cancellation
Lives are lost and spirits torn over purpose with such devastation
As something meant to define life goes into devolution
And peace is forever lost from this deminsion
