Purpose
Emerging from the womb
I feel empty
Overwhelmed with fear; questioning; contemplating my existence
Yet my mind cannot keep up with the world at hand
So I degenerate
I become a bumbling mass of nothingness
Nothing to do
Nothing to say
Nothing to ponder
Pointless
Through the acquisition of years my old self resurfaces
Breaks through the water of ignorance
The pond of bliss that kept me in comfort
Now seeks to drown me with realization
Of the true nature of our human nature
Of nature itself
I begin my journey as I began before
Armed with self-realization
Purpose, knowledge, truth
But fighting the clutches of society poses a threat
Seeking to transform me into a mindless fool
To degenerate me once again to childhood
