As I push you away, The words echo on how you shall stay. From the bottom of my heart, I know you'll fade, Into the shadow of my heart where a hole is made. As I watch from the corner of my eye, I see you standing there by another's side. Even though it hurts me to say, I hope you are happy every single day. It's like waiting for the sun on a stormy day, It's like wishing that you would have stayed. It's like sitting in the rain without an umbrella, It's like sitting here thinking what if we were together. I was not everything you needed me to be, I just hope you see how much you showed to me. I see things differently just because of you, It's just a sad moment to think it's through. I hope you still remember me as you say goodbye, Tears will shed down from my green eyes.
