Queen Unique: A Series of Haikus

I started out shy

Always asking why, never

Questioning "Why not?"

High school was my Hell

Always searching for something

Never fitting in

Senior year ruined

I was titled "Most Unique"

Could not embrace this

I went to college

Hoping to fill the dark void

Alas I was shy

Slowly I came up

From the depths of the ocean

Only to find fear

Becoming a queen

Was only the beginning

I had to want me

Queen Unique reigning

She is fearless and serene

And that queen is me
