Queens of the Chess Board

We defend the men we love.

He lies; but he tells the truth eventually by action or words.

He begs; but only when can he remove his pride to give and nurture his family.

He seduces; but for him it's an act of passion only he shares for you.

He's defeated; but only because he is trying to be a better man for you.

He's selfish;  but it is the way he is taught to be a good man.

He's pessimistic; but only very logical because he was taught to think defensively.

He's unfaithful; but does see what you as his other half cannot fill.

He is what you, as a woman can love in strength.
