Queen's Death
Cool and cold
Like a winter's eve
If snow was as ash
A black new leaf
Bodies were bashed
Plants were smashed
And the dead lay unheaved
For the dust gave way
To a darker time
And nothing was to be perceived
Enable Ginger
Through the haze of night
And the cold winds flight
Out into the eve
As a statue stood in solitude
A spirit mourned by mornings pour
For the rain itself weeped
For a stone still spiral
Which beheld a vined statue
As though the forest defends her grave
For with death, the sky did weep
While wisps of water ran down the trees
Morning your marvelous offered magnificent
A queen standing as you stood
Sanctioned over her stone path
Life seems at one point
But longing to disappoint
You were once my bright stars
And I your faithful moon
But you left too soon
Under the wounded sky
You broke me down
Into my still as stone heart
As if feeling a grand emotion start
You are as black and hard as the night
As the stone has frozen you just as well
But I've seen your souls deep light
And you bring hope to me in a broken spell
How can I learn to love myself
I have scars that can not be shown
While I hid in the hidden depths
Of my darker side
Though the stars twinkle around me
I am blinded by the streetlight
You hand me a scope to help me see
I have loved you
Loved you enough
To love me
As the stars shall love
The moon and sky
I do love you
Though separated we are
We are together
Amistad the greater sky
From which all do dwell
From which opulence does dwell
Within the raven sky
Darkened by the star dipped well
From which all shadows fly
