QUEST OF DERVISH


A wandering darvesh reached at Inn, Innkeeper advised the wanderer To settle his life instead of wandering "I'm looking somehow being ponderer In search of the God" said darvesh. Having found darvesh stern and dour, The innkeeper leaving him there; "I'm closer to you than your jugular Vein" doesn't God say you hear? "Surely, he listens my wish." "When we suffer where does he dwell?" Inquired the keeper questioningly. Darvesh replied spiritually with farewell, "He dwells in us but seeing him directly Is reflection of ourselves. Â-Màhám-S
