Question the unknown

I always say

Everything happens for a reason

But I don't understand

The reasoning behind this

Trying so hard to make it work

Just for life to throw more obstacles our way

Is it to make us stronger

Or is it to tear us apart

They say

Right person

Wrong time

But what if your the right person

And it's the right time

Just the wrong place.

What is the reason

For putting me through hell

What is the reason

Please tell

I'm trying to hang on

I'm trying so hard

Crying all night long

Just of the thought

Of you being gone

You are my person

You are my soulmate

We were meant to be together

We had to be

It has to be fate

Universe throwing us signs

We are meant to be alive

You were meant to be here for me

And I was meant to be here for you

You make me strive

To be the best for you

I'm here to be there for you

Help you survive

Can't change all the shit you've been through

But I can help you

And  you can help me too
