Questioning the Status Quo

A Year Alone

I chose to go

To somewhere that was quite unknown

Whole new ideas

I had never heard

Ways of thinking I thought were absurd

And all my thoughts?

How did they come about?

Was it meant that we take that route?

So what is right?

How do I find wrong?

Now that I truly question the song

New trains of thought

I now choose to build

Because I questioned what was instilled
