Questions for an Alcoholic
I am your princess, aren’t I?
Isn’t that what you always say?
So why do you put the bottle before me?
Before your little princess?
Is alcohol so amazing that it’s better than your daughter?
Isn’t she your wife?
The woman you dedicated your life to?
The woman you made a forever promise to?
Or was that just so you can stay in your sin together?
Did you ever want to grow together?
Aren’t we your family?
The people you are supposed to love with all your heart?
Or is the liquor your new family?
Is that all you really want?
A few drinks with the guys during your family time?
