Questions Unanswered

Why am I treated different?
Could it be the color of my skin?
No, that can't be it, they see me as I see them...
Right?... or no?

Do they find their light complexion superior to my dark pigmentation?

Do they think of me as dull and see themselves as if they glow?
Why am I treated different?
This I just can't understand,

I see them as I see my own,
Under the same world my God owns..
So, why do you treat me different?
Why do you hate my kind?
Why do you hold us back?
Why won't you let us shine?
Why do you treat me different?
Why does my tan make you upset?
Why can't we coexist and beat the devil hand in hand?
