Quests to be popular

Everyday I see thousands of faces surround me,

Constantly searching for what to be.

They do not care who they hurt along the way.

As long as they are popular at the end of the day.

I want to see a future where personal opinions do not hold

Onto one's heart and weigh on their soul.

You will go crazy trying to please,

Everybody else, and that is what I see.

When I walk down the halls and throughout the rooms

I want to help, but there is only so much I can do.

These people are your friends, siblings, peers,

And they do matter.
