Quetions we ask

How far is repentance When damnation surrounds? How far is forgiveness When darkness confounds? How far is love When lust consumes? How distant the stars When stuck in our tombs? How lovely the spirit When trapped in the thorns? How happy the face When the heart mourns? When stained with blood Can lips be sweet? When clouded with hate Can eyes meet? Can hope still live When choked by fears? Can smiles mend When soaked in tears? How strong the body When the soul is weak? How heavy the words When we can barely speak? (poems go here)
