To Quickly Explain

I'm not sure how to really explain

but these feelings in my heart are more than just a temporary stain

it's something more like a permanent pain

just one that doesn't hurt for the time being,

but if he ever leaves the pain will linger as a sting

Im in love with him far beyond the fact that he's mine

I'm in love with him as a person, him as a being, because of his mind

It's like he's a book I never want to stop reading

every page I turn pulls me deeper in

until one day I'm so far gone I know no end

It's like he's a movie I never want to stop watching

every scene steals my hearet and draws my attention

like somewhere, somehow this movie was made just for me with some sort of premonition

It's like he's a song I never want to stop singing

every melody and every beat

every lyric and harmony so sleek

the song my head just refuses to turn off repeat

It's like he's a sight i never want to stop seeing

the eighth wonder of my world

the knight with his shining armor and glistening iron sword

a sighth that further makes me recieve,

because God took his time on him, and to see is to believe

So dear me,  love full and completely
