To quiet a racing mind

In order to quiet my racing mind

I must occupy it slowly with words I find

take a deep breath

everything you turn over will remedy in kind

What's important for you is not to find answers

whats important for you is to slow down your dancers

take a deep breath

you can not solve all of your fears your heart murmurs

try finding the light maybe once maybe twice maybe thrice

use your best magic anything slow and quiet will suffice

take a deep breath
