Quiet thoughts

It's like no matter how hard I try my tongue can never get it right.

Your words come to my head but my thoughts they are so dead.

I try so hard to say I miss you.

But my pride looks back and says forget you.

These quiet words I yearn to say but probally never will until my grave.

The wrongs I've done to you I know.

My heart weaps quietly for those ones I had let go.
