Quit Self-Harm

Cuts, sliced skin all given by you

You've done it so long

You don't even remember

Your skin looking brand new

Sometimes you do it

Just to watch it bleed

Sometimes you do it

To make a scene

Don't give up

It isn't your time

Quit self-harm

Put down the knife

Believe in yourself

Your in control

Believe in others

They'll show you the road

I have the scars

To prove you can quit

I know it is hard, tough

I know you can

I remember the pain

I beat the knife

I won the fight

And you can too, if you try
