rabbit hole


 

screaming 

crying 

throwing up 

the urge

to run my nails across my hand 

to see 

the redness 

the broken skin 

then the blood

then the elation turns to sobbing because i've gone down the rabbit hole again

i'm broken 

a shell

that can never be put back together
