Race
Black, a simple color
a never ending abyss of darkness
a fiery portal of hatred
a sinister control over the weak.
The hands of murderers
the ‘approval’ of GOD,
as these slave owners delighted
themselves with no morale.
White, a color of manipulation
a colorful mixture of feelings
its sight is filled with peace
its texture is filled with hope
the hands of the weak
the hands which stretch for him
as these slaves with white souls
pray for the Lord’s intercession.
