Race

Break.

Last time I failed

this time will i make

the jump?

Break.

Snap!

there went my leg

i'm broke.

Recovery.

Back with a familiar obstacle

in front of me.

Breathe.

Remember one mistake

does not define me.

But now I'm aware of my mortality.

Break

into a sprint

reattempt the jump.

Breathe

it out

hit the pavement

i've won.
