Racism from a Water Fountains Perspective

I see all shapes and sizes of people walk by
I want them to be happy and not want to die
Only one set of people actually stop
they have a different skin color, so they aren't on topo.

We are all the same and I wish they knew
that I'm not just a fountain with water coming through
I have the same water you drink and recieve
just like the oxygen you need to breathe.

We all have rights that are supposed to be the same
One group is treated with fame, while the other is shunned with same
Our world is at war with each other
the thought of what happens makes me shutter

All the way down to my water pipes
I'm sick and tired of the kid who gripes
about sharing his school with the opposite race
like it is some kind of emotional disgrace

People need to realize this isn't right
that soon, someone will put up a fight
and I'm not sayng they're filled with rage,
all they want is to have a change

To have the same rights that you posses
so don't push away the man named Malcom X
They know it hurts, it's terrible destruction,
but they don't know there is about to be an erruption.
