Rain

I'm looking up the clouds,
standing in this crowd.
Looking like it's raining,
might as well keep walking.
find somewhere to shade,
what this day has made.
the suns about to fade.

But the day's been hot,
maybe we could cool off?
or just sit and relax,
makes me want a nap.

Just hearing these raindrops falling,
builds into a puddle.
stay in a warm room,
find someone to cuddle.
and pray for the sky to clear up,
cause no one wants to hear those raindrops.

Cause when it rains it could be sad,
the rearranging of the clouds.
when you look up the sky,
you just want to ask why.

How lonely could it be?
it doesn't make sense.
i know i could be lonely,
but im definitely not dense.

Even though i know it could be cold,
just think of something you want to hold.
cause even if you see those raindrops on your window,
there's always gonna be a waiting rainbow.
