Rain
Rain, rain, that lovely rain.
Tapping on my window pane.
Falling soft or falling hard.
Undescribed by any bard.
Fall it fast or fall it slow,
In the rain I want to go.
Dark rain clouds overhead
drip fat drops upon my head.
The scent still lingers in the air
to remind what has been there.
So to you today I say
Rain can come most any day!
And though it may sound rather sappy
Rain will always make me happy.
And so now I must ask of you,
Does rain make you happy too?
