Rain

My friend, do not fear the rain,

Let the rain caress your skin,

Let it drip from of your hand.

The rain will not hurt you-

Nor harm you.

It is the tears of your tears-

The hurt of your hurt-

The pain of your pain-

My friend, do not run from the rain.

Let it cleanse your wounds,

Let it soothe your pain,

Let its wet kisses fill your empty soul.

Embrace the rain my friend!

But do not hide from the rain,

For it is the pain found raining-

Deep within your soul.
