The Rain

The Rain

As the rain falls from out of the clouds

I realize that with every drop I am missing you more and more

I had a chance and I messed it up

I know that you don’t believe in second chances

From the first day you caught my eye

I didn’t think it would end this way

With me hurting you and myself

Because of my dumb decisions

I know that it’s my fault because I made the problem

I know that i ruined our friendship

I know that you hate me

Because I would hate me too

But with the rain It changes everything

About me anyway

The perspective is clearer than it was before

I realize that you still don’t love me anymore

I want to change myself believe me if you wish

I never wished it would end like this

I know you don’t accept me as me

But I can’t change

Just know that I will be happy whoever your with

Know that i’m happy for you as you can see

Just always remember our history

I started out shy the first week

After that it was all a blur

Because i completely fell in love with you.
