rain

The sky cried, and the sun died all In one day, And they called it rain They called rain the tears of heaven The burden the clouds could no longer bear They told me rain was the gift mother nature Had long awaited Rain has been elucidated to be this Unprecedented water, descending wondrously From above But it was never that for me Rain always brought about dark clouds And resurfaced repressed emotions Rain always ruined my brighter day, And made me remember things hoped I forgot That mystical substance that was bad And IS good, It was rain
