Rain clouds and rainbows

I went up to the sky one day

right through the atmosphere

but when I got to outer space

the rain clouds were still there

Pouring down upon my head

the rain fell thick and fast

i realized i could not escape

till the last drop past

but I decided---floating there

to use this rain for good

I traveled to all the planets

to spread the clouds and rain

planets of which were void of life

now housed many species

and these species--evuntally

would have their own clouds too
