rain rain go away don't come back any-day all you bring is pain and sorrow you leave no hope of tomorrow you whisper to me “you shall never win ” you laugh with your evil laugh and give me a deceiving grin you tell me your wretched plan and what will be the outcome you’re taking my emotions and giving each one a long painful strum i try to stop you but your wrath is just too strong i become terrified as you whistle your little song you laugh in my face watch me as i cry you get satisfaction from every little lie you eat away my happiness leaving all my pain i just wonder when you, the beast will be slain i tremble in your shadow i live in fear of you in my mind i’m lost no idea what to do you can not hurt me for i am strong i know what to do it won’t be long soon you will be gone a shadow of the past no longer in fear of you grey clouds no longer cast i have won this battle left only with a few scars now that you are gone i can reach for the stars a little battered a few bruises and a bump but my heart is no longer in my chest, a lump i have won with victory it took a little pressure but the air i breathe is just a little fresher thank you for showing me life isn’t all fun and games sometimes you must force yourself you realize all your shames you have made me realize i can not always win but a loss every now and then it not a deadly sin
