Rainbow

What am I?

I am the rainbow.

I am the red. The hatred, the anger, the frustration. It is there but it is not me.

I am the blue. The depression, the body issues, the tears. They are present but they do not define me.

I am the yellow. The happiness, the joy, the pride. It's what I like to remember but it's not everything.

I am the indigo. The confusion, the anxiety, the things I hide. Stored away in the corner but still exsiting.

I am the orange. The creativity, the imagination, the right side. They take me wherever I want to go but I remain me, here in the present.

I am the green. The sickness, the days in bed, the pain. Though it hurts to think of, it is me.

I am a mix, a mutt of colors. Everything displayed as one and I am only this because I survived the rain.

I am the rainbow.
